Who we are

AMM Land Sales (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a subsidiary of Televista Lead Generation LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company. Our registered address is 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34586, Casper, WY 82609. We purchase vacant land across the United States, contracting for our own account, and we may assign those contracts to third parties. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage.

What we collect

We only collect data that is necessary to evaluate a parcel or respond to your inquiry.

• Seller form submissions. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, the state and county the parcel sits in, the parcel number if you have it, the owner name shown on the deed, the land type, and anything you write in the message field.
• Buyer list submissions. Your name, company, phone, email, the areas you buy in, acreage range, price ceiling, how you pay, and what you intend to do with the land.
• Consent records. When you check a consent box we record which boxes you checked, when, from what IP address, and the exact wording that was on screen at the time. We keep this because proving consent is our obligation, not yours.
• Analytics data. Aggregate website traffic — pages visited, session duration, referral sources. This is anonymized and not tied to your identity.
• Cookies. First-party analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time and the site will work normally.

How we use your information

• To research your parcel and prepare an offer on it.
• To communicate about that offer and carry a transaction through closing.
• To match buyers on our list against parcels that fit the criteria they gave us.
• To respond to inquiries that are not about a specific parcel.
• To understand how visitors use the site, from anonymized analytics.

We do not use your data for advertising, retargeting, or anything beyond what is listed above.

What we never do

Let us be direct:

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never rent or share your contact details with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never share your phone number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
• We never buy lists of landowners and text them without consent.
• We never keep your data longer than the purpose it was given for requires.

Text messages

Our forms carry two separate consent checkboxes, and they are treated separately. Checking one does not check the other.

• Non-marketing messages cover the inquiry you submitted — notifications, reminders, follow-ups, and updates about your parcel or your transaction.
• Promotional messages are optional. This box is never required to submit a form, and declining it does not affect your offer, your price, or how we handle your parcel.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop messages about a transaction that is already underway.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Seller and parcel data

The information you give us about a parcel is used for that parcel and nothing else.

• We combine what you tell us with public records — assessor, recorder, and GIS data that anyone can pull — to evaluate the property.
• We do not resell your inquiry as a lead. If we are not the right buyer we will tell you so, rather than passing your details to someone who paid us for them.
• Where a transaction proceeds, your information goes to the title company handling the closing, and to a party we assign the contract to if we assign it. Both need it to close.
• If you ask us to stop, we stop, and we delete what we are not legally required to retain.

Who we share it with

The title company handling a closing; service providers who run systems on our behalf, such as our records system and our email and messaging providers; and a party to whom we assign a purchase contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Analytics and cookies

• No personally identifiable information is sent to our analytics provider.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• You can disable all cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

CCPA and GDPR rights

• California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know what personal data we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of your data — we do not sell data, but the right applies. Submit requests to team@televistaleadgeneration.com.
• EU and UK residents (GDPR). We operate primarily in the United States. If you are subject to GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
• Opt out of email. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us and we will remove you from future communications.

Data security

• Access to inquiry and transaction data is restricted to authorized personnel.
• Systems holding personal data are password-protected and use industry-standard practices.
• We do not store payment card information. Funds move through the title company at closing.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe an incident has occurred that may affect your data, contact us immediately at team@televistaleadgeneration.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. We will not send a notification for minor updates, but significant changes will be noted clearly.
